For as long as I can remember, I have had short, tiny, sparse eyelashes. They are so short, I can't even curl them! It would certainly be helpful to make them look better if at all possible. While genetically, I was given nice skin and teeth, as far as eyelashes and eyebrows are concerned, I was forgotten.

Luckily today, there are so many things to help this issue. From false lashes that are readily available to professionally applied eyelash extensions, we don't need to be born with good genetics anymore.

I have been wanting to find an option that is right for me. Even though I have heard nothing but great things, I have been hesitant to get a prescription and pay the hefty price of Latisse. Not to mention, it comes with possible side effects. I also refuse to wear fake eyelashes in everyday life because I find them uncomfortable. Life is too short to be uncomfortable, even for beauty. Mascara works fine, but I wanted them to look better without makeup.

After reading lots of great reviews, I decided to try this easy to use and affordable product to make my natural lashes look better.

I bought this tube of RapidLash from a trusted Ebay seller. It is well within the expiration date and was unopened and sealed. I paid about $20.86 and free shipping, and it was delivered in a few days.

It is also available on Amazon for various prices. You can also purchase it at retailers such as Ulta, Ulta.com, CVS, and Walmart for about $49.99. Either way, it is much more affordable than other options, and of course, no prescription needed.

What the Product Claims

RapidLash claims to condition, moisturize, and strengthen your lashes to improve their overall appearance. The ingredients help the durability of the lashes, as well as their shine and sheen. It should help make lashes appear thicker and fuller in about four weeks.

This can also be used on eyebrows to improve their appearance too. However, they do have a separate product for that called RapidBrow. I am also using that and am in the process of reviewing that as well.

How to Apply

The directions say to apply this to a clean eyelash area free of lotions, creams, and makeup only once per day. It says to apply in the evening, but I have also read online that it can be used any time of day and makeup can be applied after it has dried. I have done this a time or two, but I prefer at night. It has a precision tip that makes applying the product a cinch. I drag it along my lash line, and it doesn't feel heavy or sticky. It seems that there is no scent to this product.

The Verdict: Does RapidLash Work?

I have been using this almost daily for about a month now, and this stuff really does work. I had some inner lashes that had gotten pulled out by my false eyelashes, and they filled in pretty quick. My lashes are about as long as they can get. Are they long? No. While I think that this stuff makes lashes healthy and thicker, I don't believe it is a miracle product that makes your lashes longer (it doesn't claim to). I don't think it gives you anything you don't already have. But it is easy to apply and really does help give your natural lashes that extra boost to make them look as good as they can. And I like that it only needs to be applied once a day.

I don't know how long this tube will last, but I'm going on my second month out of it. I will update when I run out to give you a time frame. I'm hoping to get at least another month, maybe two.

I will continue to use this because my lashes do go through a lot of abuse and they can't afford it. It does what it says it will do and at a great price.

These are my lashes after about a month of using this. I still wear false lashes every evening for my job, but my natural lashes hold up much better using this and definitely look fuller!
